Novated Management Services works behind employers, dealers, brokers and novated lease originators to administer leases throughout their life.

Once a lease is established with NMS, we look after the ongoing administration for the driver and for their employer.

The lease life

We’re there for the life of the lease.

SettlementThe financier settles with the supplying dealer and the vehicle is delivered. From that point the administration is ours.
PayrollDeduction information goes to the employer each pay cycle, and the driver's budget is tracked against it.
Running costsFuel or charging, servicing, tyres, registration and insurance are budgeted across the term and reconciled as they are spent.
ClaimsA driver submits a claim with the receipt attached. We check it, approve it, and queue it for payment.
ChangesOdometer readings, budget changes, cessations. The lease follows the life going on around it.
ReportingStatements for the driver, deduction and STP information for payroll, and the documents each side needs to hold.
End of leaseThe residual falls due and the driver decides what happens next. We handle the paperwork either way.
